AETHER is a space born from a passion for helping people.

Our mission is to introduce people to breathwork and help them uncover the power within - their own breath.
We’re here to give you the tools to regulate your nervous system, calm your body, and feel peaceful and connected.

The name AETHER the breathing space is inspired by the ancient Greek god of the upper sky: the pure, radiant air the gods were believed to breathe.

In Greek, Aether means “pure air” - the clearest, most refined form of breath that filled the heavens above the clouds.

Unlike the heavier air of the earth, Aether represented clarity, light, and the subtle energy that flows through all things.

AETHER is a space to return to presence, to reconnect with your breath, and to remember the calm, strength, and clarity already within you.
