Reconnecting with Your Inner Child

Give yourself permission to feel free from responsibilities and reconnect with the version of you that knew how to laugh, dream, play, and feel fully alive. 

This 2-hour experience is designed to bring joy, nervous system relaxation, genuine human connection, and self-discovery through breath, conversation, and reflection. 

Together, we will explore: 

  • Reconnecting with positive memories  

  • Breathwork & gentle inner child exploration  

  • Meaningful conversation and connection  

  • Playfulness, freedom, and presence  

This session is an invitation to soften, let go, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten beneath everyday responsibilities. 

Expect warmth, openness, laughter, grounding, and a supportive space to simply be yourself. 

No previous experience needed. 

Spaces are limited. 

Breathwork is a safe practice when done in a supportive and guided environment. However, some breathwork styles, can lead to intense physical and emotional releases and are not suitable for everyone. For your safety, participation in breathwork session is NOT allowed if you have certain medical, neurological, psychiatric, or chronic conditions or you are pregnant.
